At klovestudio, we are committed to customer satisfaction. However, we do not accept any returns unless you receive a damaged/broken product.
In the case of a damaged/broken piece, kindly email us with your order id and supporting pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of you receiving the product.
Once we receive your email request, we will send you the damaged part/s.
In case the entire product needs a change, we will send you a new piece.
In the case of non availability of the piece your refund for the same will be initiated once we receive & verify the damaged piece. Refund will be initiated in 3-5 working days.
Return of the damaged piece will only be accepted in original packing, invoice and should be in new condition.
Refunds shall be issue only for product accepted for return/cancellation. All such refunds will be initiated in 3-5 working days.
We have a strict no exchange policy.
An order cannot be cancelled once confirmed. However, you can modify the order for products of the same or higher value within 24 hours provided the order has not been shipped.
